The 2010 Toyota Lexus GX460 has a front-engine and is a 4-wheel-drive, 7 passenger, and 5-door wagon car released by Toyota Motors Corporation in its series of Lexus Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) line up. It currently commands a price of $52,845.
However, based on the recent review released by a leading consumer information magazine named Consumer Reports, the 2010 Lexus GX 460 got a “Don’t Buy, Safety Risk” rating saying that the SUV had a risk for rollovers.
Accordingly, the magazine said that during a test of the Lexus GX460’s performance during unusual turns, the rear of the SUV vehicle slid until it was nearly sideways before the electronic stability control system kicked in, a condition known as “trailing-throttle” or “lift-throttle oversteer.
